Secure your spot.
Due to high demand among students, interns, young professionals, and other renters, we recommend completing your application as early as possible to secure your preferred room. Availability is limited and changes on a rolling basis.
Step 2
Send us your documents.

Proof of Income
Send at least one of the following:
- Your most recent two months of pay stubs from your current employer
- A formal job-offer letter if you are starting a new job
- For students: financial-aid, loan, grant, or scholarship documentation
- If a parent is paying your rent: their most recent two months of pay stubs
Credit Verification
Send a screenshot of your current credit score from your bank or a credit-reporting service.
Select Your Preferred Location(s)
Let us know your preferred residences from our four locations. We recommend selecting at least two options to improve your chances of securing placement based on current availability.
